Find your way back to wellness.

Therapy and coaching in Kampala, centred in the African experience and grounded in faith. In person, by video or by phone.

AKILI is not an emergency service. If you are in danger now, get help immediately.

A wellspring of hope for the mind, the heart and the home.

In Swahili, akili means mind, intellect and wisdom: the core of who you are. We combine proven, scientific methods with a deep respect for your culture and your spiritual journey, so that you are fully seen and understood.
